Description
The trigger spring reduces the trigger takeup weight by half. The sear spring reduces the trigger break by approximately 1.5lbs. This will give the VP series of handguns a quick upgrade that is more suited to a competition gun, without a large investment.

If you’re looking to reduce the trigger pull weight on your HK VP9 or VP9SK, I highly recommend this spring kit. I’ve tried two other well-known kits, and this one has delivered the best results for me. With both springs installed, my trigger pull weight measured approximately 3 pounds. When using only the sear spring with the factory return spring, the pull weight was just under 4 pounds. I ultimately chose to use only the sear spring while retaining the factory return spring, as I prefer the distinct tactile and audible reset it provides. Additionally, for just $3 more, this kit offers greater flexibility, and more configuration options compared to just the Sear Spring purchase. Shipping was somewhat on the pricey side, but considering the performance and flexibility of the kit, I found it worth the investment. This is ultimately the setup I chose to go with.
