Legacy Service is not a warranty — it’s a privilege.
I offer continuing inspection and verification because each system reflects my standards, not because I owe it.
You are welcome to submit any TacticalPontoon trigger for review, regardless of ownership history.
I will evaluate, verify, and if needed, restore your system to current TacticalPontoon performance specifications.
This is my heritage service. It ensures TacticalPontoon systems maintain value, precision, and identity across generations.
What Legacy Service Includes

How to Begin a Legacy Review

2. Receive Authorization
You’ll receive a D.o.T.E. Reference Code and secure shipping instructions.
3. Factory Evaluation
Your system is inspected under controlled conditions by certified staff.
Turnaround times vary with current workload.
4. Return & Certification
Upon completion, your system is returned with a Certificate of Service signed by me.

The Legacy Service Division provides voluntary evaluation and maintenance of TacticalPontoon systems.
Participation does not constitute a warranty extension or guarantee of replacement.
All assessments and adjustments are performed at the discretion of the Department.
Shipping costs and replacement parts, where applicable, are the responsibility of the sender.
TacticalPontoon reserves the right to decline any submission that does not meet safety or authenticity criteria.
