Subject: Discontinuation of Sales to California (Effective Immediately)
Due to the extreme regulatory requirements and legal liabilities imposed by California Assembly Bill 1263 (AB 1263), Tactical Pontoon will no longer sell or ship any products to residents of California or addresses within the state.
Effective immediately:
- Tactical Pontoon has suspended all shipping and sales to California.
- Any orders placed with a California billing or shipping address will be immediately canceled and refunded.
- This policy applies to all products, including trigger systems, components, and accessories.
Reasoning for this Policy:
AB 1263 mandates that all firearm accessories and components, including triggers and small parts, be treated with the same shipping and verification protocols as firearms. This includes mandatory pre-shipment ID verification, signed state-mandated legal acknowledgments, and specialized "Adult Signature" shipping labels.
