The Glock slimline platform was built around being small. That doesn’t mean its performance has to be.

The Heisenberg Mongoose Competition System is what happens when I take the foundation of the Heisenberg, introduce lessons learned developing the Viper, and apply them specifically to the G43/43X/48 platform.

This isn’t simply a smaller Heisenberg.

I built it meaner.

The slimline trigger geometry presents its own challenges, and getting exceptional performance from it requires more than transferring full-size Glock components into a smaller housing. Every Mongoose is individually built, polished, tuned, and inspected specifically around the characteristics of the slimline platform.

The result is a 2.5 lb rated competition break, reduced pre-travel, controlled overtravel, an exceptionally quick reset, and a new lightweight striker assembly designed as part of the complete system.

There’s a reason a mongoose earned its reputation going toe-to-toe with venomous snakes.

This one was built with enough bite to fight a Viper.

Signature Peacemaker Trigger Shoe
The flat-face design substantially reduces pre-travel compared with the factory curved shoe while providing a lower, more consistent finger position and improved leverage.

Adjustable Overtravel Housing
Allows the system to be properly fitted to the individual frame rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all overtravel setting.

NEW Viper Striker Assembly
The Mongoose includes a lightweight striker assembly with matched striker spring to reduce weight and still light off most range ammo.

Helps reduce resistance through the take-up while maintaining proper operation of the striker safety system.

Badger Snot Applied to Critical Engagement Surfaces
Every Mongoose arrives properly lubricated at the connector and trigger-bar engagement surfaces for smooth operation from the first pull.

More Than a Slimline Heisenberg

The original Heisenberg Competition System proved how much performance could be extracted from Glock trigger geometry.

The Mongoose takes that philosophy somewhere different.

The smaller platform demanded its own approach, and the addition of the lightweight striker assembly allowed me to push the system further than the previous slimline Heisenberg.

That’s why I didn’t simply update the old system and keep the name.

The Mongoose earned its own.

Small enough to disappear into a slimline build. Engineered with enough performance to stand beside the serious competition systems in the TacticalPontoon lineup.

Installation & Safety Notice

TacticalPontoon trigger systems are precision firearm components and should be installed only by a qualified gunsmith or certified Glock armorer.
